Brussels Sprout Salad

Prep Notes

  • Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees F
  • Wash Brussels sprouts
  • Cut off ends of Brussels sprouts and peel off all leaves

Cooking Time

15-20 min


1 large bunch of whole, raw Brussels Sprouts

1 tbsp Truffle Oil (Optional)

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Sea Salt


2 tbsp Raw almond slivers


  • Spread out brussels sprout leaves evenly in a cookie sheet and sprinkle with almond slivers
  • Lightly drizzle leaves and almonds with olive oil and truffle oil 
  • Bake in oven for 15-20 min (or until edges ofleaves are crispy and golden brown)
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
